Massage is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain, muscle tension and much more. Massage isn't meant as a replacement for regular medical care. It is generally considered part of complementary and alternative medicine.

Basic Massage Therapy:

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being.


Reflexology is a type of wholistic massage on the feet that stimulates physiological responses in the body through reflex points and the nervous system.

Manual Lymph Drainage:

Manual Lymph Drainage is a type of massage that encourages the natural drainage of the lymph sysytem. This technique carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart, helping to possibly reduce swelling.

Myofascial Release:

Myofascial release is intended to treat skeletal muscle immobility and plain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch capability in muscles.

Strengthening and Stretching Therapy:

Specialized Therapy that makes your muscles work harder than usual. This increases your muscle's strength, size, power and endurance. The activities involve using your body weight or working against a resistance. Personal follow up recommend for best results.

Hot Stone Massage:

The manipulation of smooth hot stones on the body. This allows the muscles to relax and release tension.
